1.4 lbs lost this week – 22.9 lbs total lost since 4/15
This was a difficult week with only 1.4 pounds lost. I posted about breaking the plateau HERE, and I think I have started to turn things around since Tuesday when I peaked back up again. Hopefully, the modifications will get me back in fat burning mode. I will continue to write additional content as well, but I still have a lot to finish on the Science Page.
