1.5 lbs lost this week – 24.4 lbs total lost since 4/1/15
I dropped another 1.5 pounds this week. I would like that to be higher, but I did add back a little lean muscle that I lost early on, so I’m happy with 1.5 since it is mainly fat loss. The goal for this week will be two and a half pounds. That is a whopping 8750 calories burned more than I take in, so it is a lofty goal, especially considering that that comes out to 1250 calories a day without exercising. Once again, I am not recommending no exercise, I just can’t myself, so that is the best I can expect to lose, or really hope to lose for that matter.
