2.8 lbs lost last week – 27.2 lbs total lost since 4/1/15
2.8 pounds this week for a total of 27.2 pounds over the last month and a half! I am starting to get random comments from people wondering what is going on with me because the visual change is pretty drastic given the short amount of time. It hasn’t been easy though. Even though I’m not usually hungry (unless I take too long between meals) and I’m still not able to exercise, it can be difficult eating right every day. The pills haven’t been an issue though. I have a lot of them to take until the formula is manufactured, but they keep my energy up, my cravings down, and help keep my dieting mood stable. I haven’t set an actual goal on when I will stop all of this, but I will tell you that the lowest I ever got over the past 3-5 years of trying to lose weight was 238 pounds (and that was before my spine got so bad I had to quit using even the recumbent bike), and even though I’m not past that yet, I am close enough to say without a doubt I will make it MUCH further than that this time around. The best thing about it is that I’m also confident this time that I will be able to keep it off.
