Week 2 Weight Loss Results

6.5 lbs lost this week – 16.3 lbs total lost since 4/15

Now that the water weight is gone, the honeymoon is over.  Now is the time for us to see what the supplement can really do.  The lowest I got during the water weight drop was on Tuesday, April 7th (it looks like Monday below), I don’t think I have much more water to lose, even though I drink about 4 liters of water a day right now. Energy is still up and very rarely hungry (unless I am running late on eating), so I am pretty excited.
